Cartika Systems Engineering is currently investigating an issue with the UNIX2 server in our H-Sphere cluster which is causing intermittent availability for customers on that server. We are currently aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates, when/where available, will be made here.<br />

During the specified window of time mentioned below, Cartika Engineers will perform an Exchange servers restart due to our AD/LDAP access control system upgrade.<br />

Friday, Feb 17th 2012 3:00 AM EST<br />
<br />
This procedure should bring to a 10 minutes of total service interruption.<br />
No mail will be lost during this procedure of service stop/start.<br />
<br />
This thread will be updated upon completion of the maintenance window mentioned above.]]></description>

Some of you have contacted us with regards to not receiving individualized caught spam reports not being sent to you/your customers over the past several days.<br />

Working with SpamExperts, a fix has been developed and will be pushed over to our live cluster in the coming few days which should resolve this issue. Once this fix is in place, individualized spam catch/quarantine reports will resume.<br />
