I appreciate the support, fast service and cheerfullness of the Cartika team. And also the help with items that don't strictly have to do with hosting - such as Joomla and osCommerce. I REALLY appreciate not being made to feel stupid when I don't know technical jargon or issues or don't 'get it' the first time round.
