I meant to sent this weeks ago. Working with your support group is fantastic. I've worked with various support reps... Each one of them is so prompt and helpful. The other thing thats notable, not only will they tell you how to do things, sometimes where I've been really stuck they've actually made the change and taught me how to do it in the future.

It's spectacular what you guys do with your customer service. I recently just signed up for another account and I tell everyone who will listen to me to use you guys for hosting.
