Good morning,

I'm writing to commend Steven from the support department for his efforts resolving ticket #XXXXXX_XXXXXXX for me. We had a strange issue with database backups on my end and he went above and beyond his normal responsibilities while working on this ticket. Please give him a pat on the back the next time you see him, as he deserves it.
