I have been a reseller with Cartika for more than three years. In all that time, I have not had a complaint. Uptime has been close to 100%, I've never experienced any billing problems, and tech support is awesome. Every ticket I have submitted (not that I have needed to submit many) has been answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I also like the clustered, cross-platform hosting since I have clients with both Windows and Unix sites.
