I have been hosting about 150 websites with Cartika for over 2 years now and they never cease to amaze me with their great service. I proudly tell everyone my hosting company responds to my tickets within 15 minutes everytime. Tonight was no exception. I deleted an extremely important account and domain tonight by accident and thanks to Steven and the crew the site, databases and email were all restored from back up and live in about an hour! Very impressive...
