i am a new reseller with Cartika past 3 months, i have been in hosting business since 2001.
Till date i have not seen a customer support as good as Cartika, they go out of their way to help you with the problems you are facing.
They are prompt, courteous and efficient.
I have had no downtime during this period, and all the outages are posted on their website, unlike other hosts with whom i have been.
Keep up the good work Team@Cartika.....you guys rock!
