I forgot to drop by and say thanks when the 5th year started. Just for reference, here is the post I made after just 1 year.

Not much has changed for me, Cartika do a great job improving things constantly and I don't have to do much myself at all Also, I think the support requests that I have myself now have been less than 9 over the whole of the previous 3 years together. I've managed to increase my package size by one step since I first posted and I only have a small reseller package kept going by word of mouth and people staying due to the excellent uptimes and wonderful services that are passed on to the end user. The tiny size of the business I provide Cartika certainly doesn't show in the high level and fast response of any requests made to them.

If I ever stop the reselling aspect, then I would make sure that my own sites would still be hosted by Cartika and wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere. They have my trust and business for as long as we both have an online presence
