So I've been in this pain-in-the-a** business of design/hosting since 1996. Started out as a reseller. Built up to about 15,000 domains with my own local data center and servers. Sold it all off in 2003-2004. Hoped I was out of it but what can I say, I don't know how to do anything else.
In 2002 I bought a few servers and hung them up in a colo and installed hsphere 2.something?. After about 6 months and 500 new clients I remembered why I sold off the previous company and sold that one off too.
Since that time I have hosted a reseller account at 2 companies (not including Cartika) and was generally pleased but the last year or so I have been feeling "left-out" of hosting technology due to what I consider to be the hsphere>parallels debacle.
ENTER CARTIKA:
They have taken hsphere and kept it fresh by bridging the CP to a DNP server for Microsoft services and not just old, junk, the latest offerings! On top of that the service here at Cartika is incredible. I signed up for my reseller account a few days ago and immediately started the process of migrating accounts. Fortunately, I am familiar with hsphere so that part has made it a little easier but for the enormous challenges that remain, tech support has been second-to-none. Fast, friendly and always helpful.
These guys are definitely the best choice for hosting in my opinion.

I love to see people come to Cartika and have the same experience that I have had.
For 10 years I bounced around between providers, only to find that most of them are only as deep as a puddle. Cartika has such depth... in it's offerings, the vision and (as you mentioned) it's excellent support.
I just remarked to a friend the other day that since I came to Cartika I have never looked back. I used to spend time each day looking at new hosts, trying to find a better place to be. No more. Not only do I feel comfortable here, but they keep surprising me with new innovations.
