I just wanted to let you guys know how much we appreciate the support you have provided us with so far. From my experiences with your sales & support staff, I must say that it has been a real pleasure dealing with people who really know what they are talking about. They are friendly, courteous, patient and willing to teach me how to do things I have never done before, which is greatly appreciated!

From your sales department, Jonathon (hope this is spelled correctly) was an easy going guy who went out of his way to answer all of my questions and to make me feel comfortable with our commitment to your company. Thanks Jonathon!

From Support, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steven (last month), Matt (this past Saturday) and Einnar (tonight as well as a few weeks ago).

After setting up our new VPS and getting things going, we noticed an issue with emails. I contacted support and Steven began searching for an answer. It turned out to be a rather small issue, but with far reaching effects. Steven literally worked for a couple of hours trying to track it down and was in contact with me most of that time. I was extremely impressed with his dedication to finding the answer! I really appreciate everything you did to help Steven. Thanks again!

Matt helped me with a permissions issue and also assisted me with my .htaccess file. He was a big help and allowed me to complete a Joomla installation. Thank you Matt!

Tonight I called and spoke with Einnar. Einnar has helped me in the past as well. He is very, very knowledgeable and taught me some simple procedures that I never knew I could accomplish before. He informed me of a problem with PHP that often occurs with Joomla installs and taught me how to avoid the pitfalls of this issue. This is invaluable to me because at another host, this problem never got resolved and no one ever seemed to have an answer for me.
