I'm in the process of moving from another re-seller host (Vortech). Too many support issues there. @ Cartika? Terrific support - have dealt with many different support folks here, via phone, chat, and email. Fast, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable all around. Learned about Cartika a few years ago - should have moved back then, but held off due to price and the pain of moving - big mistake. Well worth the difference! And the new mini plan should blow away cost concerns for lower volume users like me.
