Absolutely CarTiKa is a very good company, their support team and management are very good.

Since 1999 till i signed with Cartika my life was nightmare to move from host to another, some of them offer good service at beginning then they fail as can not manage their growth but cartka is handling the growth in the right direction.

Talking about my last host "vortech" it was a terrible company, that i lost 70% of my customer for their 2 days down-time .. and one time i got some accounts deleted by mistake and they deleted my support tickets from db and so forth.. if there is internet authority organisation they should not get license to run hosting company - they have a rude management.

Anyway, I do not say that Cartika has no 0 problems but i see that they improving and perfect for SME website owners and webdesign companies / resellers, they are very good in a way that they keep us with them year after year.. they are doing things in the right way.

For last 2 or 3 years non of my customer left for web hosting services as the case of vortech.

Based on my experience with cartika.. i can say i am at the right place and perfect choice.

Thank you inspire for your comments and perspective.

We fully understand that we are not perfect - but, we do feel that we offer higher value for our services then most in the industry and it seems to be an opinion you share which means we are doing our jobs

As you have noticed, we are perpetually taking actions to improve our services and our offerings - and this will not stop. I am not sure perfection is possible - but, we will continue to strive for it
