We are happy to announce the launch of a customer only forum. This area can be used to discuss anything regarding our services, your business, recommendations, critisms, or anything else you would like to discuss, as a CartikaHosting client, that you may not want to appear publicly.

To suscribe to this group, please just PM me with your CartikaHosting Account ID and your Forum Username.

***EDIT - sorry, this post was made quite some time ago - for users customers wanting access to the customer only forum - please submit a ticket to our support department, along with your forum user name and account name or account ID and our staff would be happy to get you access to the forum

I tried to PM you with my details, but this feature is currently disabled, even after me logging in.

Is the Customer Only Forum still running or has it been removed?

I apologize, we needed to disable the PM feature as it was being used for spamming activities.

Your Username has been added for access to the customer only forum.
