It's been a little over a month since I signed up, so I thought a testimonial was in line.

I signed up around June 1 with a reseller account here. I knew how Cartika's service was already because I had an account around a year ago, so I knew what to expect. But I was pleased that the level of service has remained at its superior level even after that time. Of course, i was not surprised, because I know how dedicated Cartika is to providing such an excellent service.

Anyway, as usual it took a lot of tickets to get all my question sanswered and to iron out a few things here and there, but support was always very helpful.

Then about a week after signing up, I asked about a virtual dedicated cluster and Andrew worked with me to figure out a good offer. In fact the offer was excellent. So, I upgraded and have remained very satisfied with that as well.

There's really nothing more to say. Cartika has the best service among all the hosts I have tried. In fact Cartika is the only host with whom I trust my web sites 100%.
