Yep, but this is an end-run at best. It requires you to leave the cp *twice*, for two separate apps, neither of which is particularly user friendly (especially for newbs). Plus, both have enormous potential for "oops!" Backups should be as simple as click and save. :)

Will end users be able to trigger a backup of their account data on demand? This is one of my biggest pet peeves with HSphere's default setup (or with R1Soft), since users can't (for example) backup their site and database before upgrading to a new version of WordPress/Drupal/whatever.
