Hi,

We typically do not give status reports by request, but I do want to say the problem was with the transport services and mail is flowing again. I do not like to post too early as if there are issues encountered in maintenance/resolving the issues this simply causes more frustration. As of now, mail should be flowing and mail has been queued for sending. We will continue to look at the underlying issues and why the problem happened. There "may" be additional intermittent issues while we continue to investigate and resolve this.

Cartika engineers will be implementing SpamExperts outgoing mail filtering on mail3 tonight - Tuesday 01/03/2012 after 10:00 PM CST.

This will conclude the outgoing mail filtering on shared servers.

SpamExperts has been enabled on mail2 outgoing.

We will be moving up the implementation of this on mail4. This will be implemented shortly.
