[resolved] MAIL4: Service Interruption

Hello,

Cartika Systems Engineering is currently investigating a potential hardware issue on our mail4 server.

We are currently in the process of running a Baremetal Restore of this server to the most recent restore point to standby hardware in order to minimize downtime and customer impact. This thread will be updated as this process proceeds to completion and once full service is restored.

Cartika Systems Engineering is currently investigating an issue with the UNIX2 server in our H-Sphere cluster which is causing intermittent availability for customers on that server. We are currently aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates, when/where available, will be made here.

Some of you have contacted us with regards to not receiving individualized caught spam reports not being sent to you/your customers over the past several days.

Working with SpamExperts, a fix has been developed and will be pushed over to our live cluster in the coming few days which should resolve this issue. Once this fix is in place, individualized spam catch/quarantine reports will resume.
